I love this scooter......now. Out of the box it is very noisy. The suspension is coiled springs which required lubricant on mine. They were so loud it was embarrassing to ride. I fired off an email to support and they quickly sent back instructions on where to apply lubricant. I am not giving 5 stars due to the fact that I had to dismantle my brand new scooter to perform maintenance on it before it even had the chance to hit 5 miles of use. There has to be a way these come pre-lubricated, or maybe I just the unlucky one. Kudos to support getting back to me as fast as they did. Now my ride is perfect.

Very happy with the purchase. The cooter is very solid with great speed and performance. I did notice a slight clicking sound at top speed but does not seem to affect the performance of the scooter. Overall great experience. Thank you

I love my wide wheel pro, great acceleration, kinda heavy, however, over time I'm going to be happy with more strength. The only problem I have with the scooter is; the back brakes squeals when I use them, what can I do about it?

I received my WidewheelPro last week but the only thing in the box was the scooter and it's packaging. I was missing the charger, instruction manual, tools, and rear shock covers. I immediately contacted Fluidfreeride and informed them of the missing items. John from customer service was able to address my issues and they sent me out the missing items via usps. The missing items must have been at fault by the factory during its packaging. Other than that they have great customer service which is important now adays. I would definitely purchase from them again if I was in the market for another scooter.

Great, carry it in my car one hour to Sausalito Marina use it to get 300 yards to boat along boat floating dock, lift it on my boat. Sail to Angel Island. Permitted on island because it is concerted a PERSONIAL EMISSION FREE MOBLE DEVICE. It's a 5.5 mile round trip, with many hills. Some very steep. NO Problem.

I'm 78 yrs old and still working full time as a dentist, have had motorcycles and have an E-Bike on the way, decided to give E-Scooters a try to keep me occupied until it arrives. Got the Segway 9 Bot 1st, but not enough power for SF hills.......the E-Bike delayed another month or so , decided to try the Wide Wheel that I have read so much about......Wow! Does not disappoint, eats up hilly SF streets, such power. A pity the top speed not higher...... LL

I had my XiaoMi M365 for 18 months and wanted something beefier and more sturdy. Yes the M365 is one of the most widely used globally, but the handling is shaky do to the way the stem locks loosely, and #1 issue - flat tires. In NYC a lot of Wide Wheel Pros running around and love how smooth they looked. Sold the M365, got the WWP, and 100% love it. Brakes solidly, take off is perfect, handles hills, and no flats. Oh and suspension is good and better than the M365 as the M365 has no suspension and only air tires at 50psi so it's rough. In eco mode the WWP is only 2 mph faster than the M365, so it's good to start there to understand the handling of the WWP. As it's wide tires, you have to counter steer like when you're on a motorcycle to turn. Turn the mode to power mode and you fly at 26 mph. It's exhilarating and fun. Even at that speed you're confident in braking distance due to wide tires and dual rotor brakes. Now other friends want to buy it. Hahaha The only downside (and this is nitpicking) is that the rear suspension makes a creaking noise from the plastic flexing.
