“To start off the guys at Fluidfreeride are great to work with! My wide wheel arrived Fully charged and ready to go. My first reaction to the Mercane was interesting, the power it produces is unreal. You really have to hold on to it. It's extremely stable at speed but turning takes a little adjustment. You will be zipping around in no time. I kept in on Eco most of the time. 12.2 miles of riding over 3 day's and didn't have to charge it. Once again great scooter and great people! Also fits nicely in my Civic.”
“Really funny to drive. Good acceleration. Hit top speed even when driving steep uphill. Top speed on mine is 40 and downhill 45. But 40 feels enough because it accelerates quick to its top speed. Stiff suspension but I prefer stiff suspension so no problem for me rather more a positive thing. Brakes bites well. The accelerator button is little too sensitive so it is difficult to cruise around. Either full steam or nothing. It needs a much better accelerator button with more feel, now its maximum throttle when touching the button the slightest. Makes it difficult to drive when around people and crowded places. The springs from the suspension sounds a lot so don't buy this if you enjoy a silent drive.”
“This is my third e-scooter and is by far the most expensive one I have purchased. It is super fun to ride. I was surprised to see that it actually out-performs the listed specs for speed and range. Wow, seriously, no one else does that. Every other scooter I am aware of can barely achieve 75% of their listed specs. I love how fast this scooter charges, I love the deck on the scooter, it is super comfortable and much easier to find a comfortable position for those longer rides than any other scooter I have tried. I have occasionally had to ride this across grass and it performs incredibly well. I also live on a bit of a steep hill and this thing just flies up it. Anyway. I would have rated it 5 stars. But, there are a few things that are a bit annoying that seem like they could easilly fix. First, there is no easy way to lock this thing up. I wish it had a ring or a port somewhere to run a lock through like my wife's Inokim Light 2. Second, the throttle is pretty jerky. It is difficult to maintain speeds less than full throttle. If I'm riding with someone else who is a bit slower than me, it is really hard to maintain the same speed as them. My old scooter had a much smoother throttle. This seems like a really easy thing to fix. but, what do I know. Last, I find that I am regularly having to adjust the disc brakes so they don't scrape the disc when I'm not braking. Other than that, I really like this thing. Also, FludiFreeRide shipped it super quick and did a great job communicating tracking information. I am quite pleased.”

This is my first scooter. I may not be an expert but did a lil' bit of research on what will fit perfectly for my everyday commute to work. I live in a hilly terrain with very nice pavement roads. No b.s. guys... this baby works! I get good compliments too because of it's sleek design.
Someday I may own a second scooter, but until then... I am very happy with my first.”
“British government has so many restrictions for private electric scooter owners at the minute , hope things change soon as we are so restricted where we can use it . Must have an insurance ,can't use it in public places, things will improve in time.”
