“Malfunctioning wheel-it took days to get the customer service to understand what was going on. They simply said pop the tire back on.. no way that it would be securely fastened on and the wheel rubber was burning off (not due to the brake) so we returned this scooter and I'm sure they'll make us pay the shipping to return a brand new malfunctioning scooter that we didn't get to use because a wheel was installed poorly and could have severely injured my family.”

“Have usel the scooter for some weeks now and have 250km on the odometer. Like the WW but had to change the throttle it was Way to jerky. So i Would have given 5 stars if the throttle was good from start and the locking of the steering would not News tightning all the Time and The lightning was much Better like a proper bike light. But iver all i am happy and use it almost daily for commuting”

“Great scooter with all-around performance. This scooter eats hills for breakfast. I couldn't keep up on my ebike with my roommate riding in front of me on a 7% grade hill. It stayed at 25mph while my ebike with pedal assist level 6 was maxing out at 25mph. Very fast for commuting to work. There's a learning curve for handling turns with wide wheels. Awesome customer service, delivered to my house in less than a week after purchasing. Customer support is fast and very helpful in resolving issues in a timely manner.”
