Fluidfreeride supports response was for me to adjust the brakes and fix the sound myself on my brand new $1200+ scooter.
I tried adjusting the brakes.. still hear it rubbing against the disk no matter how it's adjusted. Fluidfreeride support also chose to ignore the fact that the display screen is marked up in their response to me. Basically denied the fact that the scooter is defective and refused to offer a return.
Will be contacting credit card company to dispute this.”
“good scooter that does what you expect. good top speed and power to withstand all slopes! but the only negative is that some screws are not completely fixed so you have to write them down every now and then. then I got some noise from the front disc, brake. which I do not succeed in fixing. but has driven 80 miles with it and is very happy anyway!”
