WideWheel PRO CLE Edition with keylock Reviews

There's not much I can say here that hasn't been said before. This is a great e-scooter that packs a lot of power and speed with excellent brakes and suspension. What I must also mention is the first class customer service this company provides. I had initially ordered the 2019 WW and after a few days and seeing reviews on the WW pro I had changed my mind and wanted the upgrade. I emailed customer service and within the day they were able to change my order with no hassle whatsoever. Excellent product and excellent service. I couldn't ask for anything more

Fast delivery, Scooter came assembled, works great just wish it had rubber tires filled with air. I am 6'3 220 and our streets in NYC are filled potholes, I anticipate a cracked wheel frame but I love the wide wheel pro otherwise.

I'm very happy with my purchase from Fluidfreeride. This website scooters are better than Amazon scooters because Amazon doesn't give any technical support for its scooters. A lot of Uzbeks and Russians in NYC are buying from this website.

I like the look and speed of the scooter. But I am reluctant to use it. The fact that there is no tread on the tires combined with wide turning radius makes the scooter liable to skid. I had one minor fall with scrapes. While the previous model had issues with brakes, this brakes on this model are much improved. But for some reason, I find that it is difficult for me to balance myself on this scooter. I have never noticed this on any other model (mercane or otherwise) that I have purchased. This also makes me leery to ride it. Finally, compared to other scooters, this one sounds like a bucket of bolts when driving carefully over uneven road terrain, which is a little embarrassing when I pass pedestrians.

I am totally satisfied with my purchase of the ww pro. I love the wheels and I feel more secure than on the skinny wheels. This scooter has a sturdy heavy feel and the torque is amazing. It's so much fun to ride and to get around quickly. There are levels to scooters in Nyc and I graduated to this one. I also wish the Mantis had a wide wheel because I would like to get one when I finish with the wide wheel pro 2020. No issues with my new toy , I have the keylock version and I get compliments everywhere I go, its a good one :) Perfect to cruise on the street flat.. I avoid potholes bumps etcetera, if you want it to last, walk your scooter over the bumpy roads.

I bought the 2020 Mercane WideWheel Pro. I had a great experience with their email support, with quick response times. I went in to my local bike shop on my break at work, to buy a handlebar mirror for it. When I walked into the shop, the light on the scooter's display worked just fine. When I walked out, the light didn't work anymore. This was about 24 hours after having the scooter delivered. The display still works. I just can't see anything that's on it. I contact support, they send me a replacement "PCB Board" to fix my issue. When I open the box, I find a decent sized chunk of the replacement screen has been chipped off. They are in the process of sending me a new one as I type this. Also, if you have the potential of running into any kind of uneven ground on your rides, I recommend a different scooter. This can't exactly handle any displacement of ground that is anywhere over 1 inch. The rim of my back wheel has a 1in. section that has begun to buckle in on itself on the left side. So whenever I lean at all to the left, I get to feel the "buckle" every time the tire rolls into that little bit of the displaced rim. So I have a replacement rear wheel on it's way to me. Not even a month into having this scooter, and I'm already having to fork out $130 to replace a wheel? That's not right! I spent $1,219 on this thing, and I'm beginning to wonder what I paid for. The chance to spend more money keep replacing its parts every other month?
