WideWheel PRO CLE Edition with keylock Reviews

4.5 Rating 720 Reviews
The purchasing experience was very good from ordering to updates on delivery to unpacking. The set up was a breeze. It took a few days to get the feel for it. After that, it's been pure fun. I like the form factor and the size. I am 6ft and feel comfortable and very stable on the scooter. Everything about the scooter feels high quality and well thought out. For me, the ECO mode is already plenty of power at over 30 degrees inclines with no sense of loss of power whatsoever. I cannot wait to find more time to enjoy it while the summer lasts. The key feature is a bit of an extra and if you can get one without it, I would recommend that. In short, if you are on the fence, go for it. You won't regret it.

I preordered my wide wheel pro and you guys delivered exactly when you said you would plus the discount was nice , I'm a bit extreme and I have put my wide wheel to the test and so far only some loose screws, more of a skateboarder but wanted the scooter to follow my kids. Was very surprised with its ability to bunny hop ,wheelie , wall ride , donuts , burnouts power slides so far I'm very satisfied, I would like to see a model that doesn't fold and is built more for tricks and extreme riding the handle bars are a lil noisy. But great job mercane and fluid free ride. And who manages the Instagram bc I feel either your over whelmed with messages or just don't have someone responding to them.

The torque steer brought on with the powerful front motor can be overwhelming. The WideWheel Pro wants to go forward, and it does that very well. The dual suspension provides confidence at high speeds. The wide wheels have sketchy traction in corners, especially when leaning the scooter through a turn. The software engineers need to limit the power to the front wheel on turns as its possible to spin the front wheel and loose traction while turning under power. Its best to slide your weight forward on this scooter to improve the front wheel traction.

Just received yesterday--it looks amazing and looking forward to riding...it does not work! I followed all the steps and the charger never displayed red--always green so it gives me the impression of a full battery. The display momentarily is on then off so I am unable to see anything. I have been in contact with customer service and so far I would rate them a 2 out of 5...not bad however one of the final steps they suggested is I use a voltmeter to test something. I don't have a voltmeter...I do not know how to use a voltmeter--am I expected to go buy one so I can determine what exactly is defective with my new scooter? I just spent well over a $Grand on this supposed premium scooter--I would expect to pull it out of the box and ride!!! Is that to much to ask? I am not giving up and I will gladly change this review to 5 stars if the company helps me out...I would expect to be sent a new scooter if this cant be resolved and/or given my money back--and of course I will be returning this defective scooter!
