They were open to have communication to let me know the progress of my purchase. We faced some difficulties due to importation fees but they were always supportive to refund those expenses.

Although I have had to use the support a few times due to small issues with my Wide Wheel Pro 2020, they have been very responsive and helpful. The Scooter has problems with loose handlebar screws, a twitchy throttle (new one available online) and I had an issue with my rear tire that wasn't covered under warranty. ( I think it should have been). Otherwise the scooter is very powerful and has a great range. Turning is precarious and the ride can be jolting at times, but all-in-all a well built machine. I get lots of complements on the looks of it.

We've had the scooter for about a month and we are satisfied to this point with one disappointment. The scooter is for my 15 year old son, the plan was to ride to and from weight training (about 4 miles round trip). He can make the trip 3x's a week no problem and only needs to charge the scooter on the weekend. We don't really know the range yet but it goes at least 15 miles on a charge. Out of the box, the scooter is very impressive and makes a good first impression with its "Cool Factor". The scooter is fast enough to get around reasonably and my son feels comfortable and stable at speed. It is a little tricky to make tight turns but it's a scooter and simply slowing down and using a foot to stabilize the scooter allows him to turn in a very tight circle. Now for the less than great. Living in Michigan, roads are known for being terrible. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the wide wheel and one of the things I really struggled with was pneumatic vs. solid tires. In the end, I sacrificed the smoother ride of an air filled tire to get the reliability of the solid tires on the wide wheel. This was probably a mistake, the first time my son rode the scooter down our driveway a piece of the rear rim chipped off. I fully expected my son to wipe out and damage or scrape something but this was surprising. We will see how it goes from here, the scooter still seems to ride without problem but it's disappointing to see a piece break in the first 20 ft. of use. Since then, he has ridden about 50 miles without anything else breaking or being damaged. After inspecting the rim and chip, I see that the chipped off piece of rim was more likely due to the quality of the manufacture and not the small bump that our son hit. He has ridden over the same bump dozens of times now without problems. In reality, the suspension is good on the Wide Wheel, it seems to to handle the Michigan roads fine. The deeper issues I've notice appear when I start to look very closely at everything, then you can see the potential issues in the future. We have had to tighten the brakes twice, nothing too major there and they seem to continue to function well. They are just not the top of the line calipers, I don't recognize the manufacture which starts to lead me down the path of component quality. The handle bars come loose, no matter how much you hand tighten them but my son has over come this. He just snugs this nut out of habit each time he starts off for a ride. The wheel chip on day one seems to be from brittle material used for the rims, from inspection of the broken material, it is not a structural failure. In any case, it hasn't gotten bigger and doesn't seem to affect performance. The brakes are not of the best quality, clearly from China, as I assume most of the components are also from China. The throttle switch is a major complaint of my son, it goes from off to full throttle without much in between, so you are always accelerating or coasting. He struggles to ride a steady speed except when the cruise takes over. This was something I knew from the video reviews, we were aware the surprise cruise control function and a sensitive throttle were issues. Overall I feel like the quality is a little bit lacking, I don't see this scooter being in service in 3 three years at this point. I considered two other scooters and they both cost more than the Wide Wheel and were faster (up to 40 mph). I liked the suspension, the solid tires and top speed at around 28 mph that the Wide Wheel offered. All of these things seem to be as I thought and I'm satisfied to that end. I recommend you see the scooter and give it a test drive before buying. I made this purchase sight unseen and now I wish I would have seen the other two alternatives I considered. Like the title says, this is a good scooter but I can't make the leap to great. I feel like this could be a 4 star product but the chipped wheel out of the gate is why I gave it 3 stars.

Amazing scooter! From acceleration to braking and handling this scooter is a blast to ride around. I like to refer to it as the the batmobile of all scooters. By the way the customer service is awesome.

Bought this scooter to help with a commute in the future. So far I'm having fun and enjoying it. Definitely puts a smile on my face every time I ride it. Fluidride had excellent communication during the COVID restrictions. I didn't have any expectations for shipping out at a decent time but it arrived two weeks to Germany before I thought it would. Thanks guys!

Got my Widewheel Pro today delivered by UPS. Packade was quite banged up and there was a small scratch where you fold the scooter. Took it out for a ride and everything seemed fine the first 4 km. Stopped and changed it to km/h instead of mph. Then it started to feel slow and weak. Gas response is terrible, acceleration was gone. And when you eventually got some speed it maxed out at about 30 km/h and almost no power at all uphill. When I took my hand of the trottle to just roll and then push it again I almost fell because it brakes really hard in the front. That happened a few times. I had to detach the front wheel motor to drive it home somewhat safely. I guess something is wrong with the front motor because the ride was better with just rear engine. Brakes are also really bad! Have to pull them all the way in for braking. Back brake sounds bad and feels wobbly. Not what I expected from a brand new scooter!
