“Overall this is a fun scooter. Really quick, alot of power to get up hills, smooth ride. If you're looking to upgrade from a scooter like the Segway ninebot max (like I did) this is the perfect choice.
I do want to point out a couple minor flaws though. First as a taller rider (6feet 5inches) the throttle and handle bars a little short, still very drivable though. Also due to the folding handle bars when riding it can feel a little unstable, but only at first. When I was looking to buy this I saw several comments talk about the "killer" throttle, in regards to this it's no where near as bad as some people make it sound, if you have ridden an electric scooter for a long period of time (months) the acceleration can be jumpy at first, but you get used to it fast. Last thing I want to say is that wide wheels can make it harder to take tight turns but I am still figuring out the true turn radius. The dual disc brakes however do really help with those tighter turns.
I would really recommend this scooter for experienced riders because it is not a beginner scooter. Besides from the minor things I talked about I am loving this scooter and really look forward to putting more miles on it.”
“I've had my Widewheel Pro now for a few weeks and love it. The only thing I'm not too keen on is how the handlebar (left) has play in it and moves. I hear this is a common problem but it does make me a little nervous in the event it may have a failure and collapse during operation.”
