“The Widewheel pro it's a good scooter... but it's not a great scooter. The fenders do NOT actually block water and will fully soak you if the road is wet at all. The suspension is meh at best. The range is always a mystery and if you hit one pot hole, the tires will split and show the foam under the rubber. In addition, the steering column is always a bit floaty. I'm assuming it's because it's collapsible but even after it's tightened to the extreme, it's a bit loose. I expected more for the money.it will get you somewhere 5-10 miles away in fair weather with absolutely no problems. You'll keep up with or beat traffic in a city. However, if you've got potholes and a long range to travel, I'm not sure this scooter will last. Also, almost none of the extra parts I want to buy are available. I had to fashion my own fender extension so I wouldn't get soaked in a light drizzle because I couldn't buy one. The throttle is almost entirely either off or 100%. I can't buy the extended throttle because it's not in stock. Again, why sell a thing that requires "upgrades" to make it comfortable/functional. The quick take off and the top speed though... so great.”

“I just received my widewheel pro and took it out for a test ride. It's a beast. I had issue with the 2019 model and upgraded to this model which fluidfreeride customer service handled beautifully thanks again Adam! First thing you will notice is the build quality on this is massively better. Second is the display and last is the dual brake system which you will notice right away when stopping. Very pleased with scooter and service.”
“Just received my wide wheel pro today, took it up and down our hill outside the house to see how she fared, well my goodness I was not disappointed!!! She is one powerful beast of a scooter. I bought a 365 at Christmas but it couldn't go up our hill without me having to use one foot down to help push it. Well the difference is just night and day with that and my new Wide Wheel Pro, I love it. Just sorry I never went for it first.”

“This is my first e-scooter. I live in nyc and use a road bike as my primary commuter, and I really wanted another alternative for when I am too tired to pedal. Having read reviews and watched videos on multiple different scooters, I chose the widewheel pro. This scooter has so much torque, and as long as you are mindfull of potholes, is an excellent city commuter. I am close to 220lbs and I live in an area with a lot of big hills and this thing just goes. I have to have my rear foot planted in the insert at the rear hub at all times because the acceleration is that hard, even in eco mode. I would personally recommend getting the throttle upgrade for more low end control, especially when going through turns.”
