Yo, Widewheel Pro 2020 is the truth! Ludicrous mode is insane! I low key got a lil scared the thing took off so fast. If you think 25, 26, 27 miles per hour isn't fast on a standup scooter, you are surely mistaken! Get one! You will not regret it.

Would be 5 star if the cruise control wasnt so hard to turn on at high speeds. You have to completely take your left hand off the handle bar in order to turn it on which feels quite dangerous when travelling at high speed. A button easily touchable with the left thumb whilst steering would make this 5/5.

Only had a short time. I am a over the road truck driver. I now have transportation to restaurant, pharmacy, movie, golf, etc. It's awesome, a little sensitive on the start. You better be ready! It likes to go:)

Mostly love it. Fast, good range, durable. The suspension and wide wheels are generally very effective on potholed roads. The brakes are excellent. I'm a little heavy (6'5", 240lbs) and sometimes I need to push assist up hills in San Francisco. If you're a similar size might be worth looking at the Mantis. (Pricier though.) The throttle is definitely a little touchy compared to the 2019 model, you basically need to pulse to achieve moderate speed. Also not sure why the 2020 model got rid of the key. They offer a lock which I bought but I wish there were a secure loop to put the lock through. Instead you're stuck threading it through the rear suspension arm which is awkward. Also it could use some software traction control, riding in the damp it's super easy to skid the back wheel so be careful. Overall, I'm definitely a big fan.

It's so nice to ride a WideWheel that feels solid in the handlebars now, with no jiggle. And the front brake means fewer caliper adjustments to rear brake, since stopping power isn't focused on only one set of brake pads. Too bad they went back to the original throttle: no key, terribly delayed response, and a dangerous bug: if you brake before cruise control engages, then throttle on again, it goes instantaneously into cruise control !! Very dangerous if you're near an intersection. This is an intermittent controller bug, and it was there from day one with my brand-new scooter. Mercane, give us the better generation 2 throttle back!
