WideWheel PRO CLE Edition with keylock Reviews

4.5 Rating 720 Reviews
This scooter feels very sturdy even with the folding handlebar. Some reviews and YoutTube videos have mentioned the throttle response seems too narrow and less linear than it should be with this much power, but it's not hard to control once you get used to riding the WideWheel. This scooter's overall footprint living in the Bay Area is very efficient. The weight at 50+ lbs puts it on the heavier side for lugging on to public transportation, but the extra heft is nice when cruising city streets. All in all, this is an excellent starter e-scooter and I am excited to enjoy my commutes to work now.

This thing is a torque monster for being a commuter e-scooter and I agree with other reviews that it is the closest thing we can find on the market to a Batmobile. I worked at Tesla for 3 years and drove all of the models and this new Widewheel edition pulls hard on full throttle. I have been very satisfied with my purchase over the last several weeks and my commute is more enjoyable, faster, and it feels even safer than on my bicycle. As other reviews and YoutTube videos have mentioned, the throttle response seems too narrow and less linear than it should be with this much power. The thumb trigger is much nicer in my opinion than the typical finger trigger found on most other models, however it is hard not to get a little jostled when going over a bump and my thumb moving slightly resulting in a burst of speed. The deck could be wider, however it's overall footprint living in the Bay Area is very efficient. The weight at +50lbs puts it on the heavier side for lugging on to public transportation, however I appreciate the extra heft when cruising city streets. All in all, this is an excellent starter e-scooter and I am proud to have made the jump. Plus, the customer support from the folks at Fluidfreeride is excellent, which has made the experience even better.

We tested out our 2 new scooter at Cloudland Canyon State Park in NW Georgia while camping there. They really conquered the hills. I weight 195 lbs. I was very impressed. 18 mph in eco mode. Throttle is touchy but you do get used to it. I understand there is an upgraded throttle already available.

The range on the electric scooter is great! The only downside is the wide wheels the turning radius is not the same as something like the boosted rev but it is cheaper. And more than double the range of the boosted rev in ludicrous mode. But still a really fun and fast scooter.

Have to say this is perfect for those who are not sure what they need. Be it everyday commute, a fun evening ride or weekend trail run - this one is the one for it all. Have had it only a short while and have been using this to commute to work (about 2 mile each way) - and it had been great. Just the right speed and range. Had a little issue with some damage during shipping, but fluidfreeride wa great in helping me with it . Great support there .

This scooter is insanely awesome. It has a lot of torque and a higher top speed and longer range that the previous wideweel. I love this scooter and the range that it gets on each charge. Sturdy construction is a big plus for this scooter.

First off the build quality is impressive and the power and ride is even more impressive. I received my WideWheel Pro on 2/2/20 and let it fully charge before taking it for a spin. Great torque that gets you up to speed fast, the ride is super smooth and stable. I unpacked it and checked all bolts and screws but found nothing loose. It only required a few brake adjustments and i was off and running. I have been looking for a dual motor scooter to upgrade from a current Ninebot and a fellow commuter had one on the train. After a little research i ordered one the same day. This pulls Seattle hills with no problem i am 6'2 215lbs. Now the bikes in the bike lane are holding me up. I highly recommend this Scooter.

This was the best choice! I've read a lot about other scooters and decided on widewheel and don't regret it whatsoever! Thanks for the fast delivery after I got notification it was shipped.
