“The electric scooter is a great one. But it should go with a never flat rear tire installed by default.
As you guys know the issue, and the client (like me) does not expect to waste time on communicating with support (by the way, a nice one), replacing a wheel by himself, and the most painful - waiting for a tire.
This is no good.
P.S. It came with half pumped tire from the beginning. For this price, I should not even spend time on any fixes after day one. Now in my rating, it is just OK and does not meet my expectations.”
“I bought Inokim light2 because of its attractive appearance. But one week using it and less than 20 miles running, the front tire was already flat and called the customer service to order the inner tube which is the problem. And then after a few days the rear wheel was flat and also the problem is inner tube. I hardly used it since I bought in September and it gave me a lot of headache and stress. It is hard to find a service area to fix the e scooter near in my place too. The maximum speed they advertised is 21 mph but it only run till15 mph. And the weight is too heavy for me.”
