“I reviewed this scooter in November 2020.
After a few more months of use I have decided to take one star off my initial rating. My initial review still holds. But people should really be aware that this scooter, based on my use in NYC, is prone to flats. I have already gone through 8 flat tires (punctured tubes) in less than a year with moderate to light use. And as per my initial review, it is pretty hard to find inner tubes. I bought my scooter online. Great buying experience. However, I have not been able to buy tubes from the retailer (always unavailable). I have also tried local bicycle shops, and even the local Inokim shop in NYC where they tried to repair my scooter's punctured tube (unsuccessfully) because they didn't have new tubes available. I finally got some in Alibaba, which were shipped from China. In addition to the frustration of frequent flat tires, it is quite disappointing that I cannot find this part effortlessly.
I still think the scooter is really well made, but this tire problem has made me regret buying this otherwise great scooter.”

“Scooter was purchased solely for commuting. Light weight, range, decent speed, and unique. The package came damaged and missing the charger but good thing the scooter appears to be in good condition. It did took awhile for the scooter to be used since the charger was missing. Other than that, Inokim Light 2 was a good deal. Cheaper than other website.”
