INOKIM Light 2 Black (LIGHT2 SUPER 10.4Ah) Reviews

4.5 Rating 58 Reviews
Have been riding my black Inokim light for over a week to work. About 4-5 miles each way. It has nice acceleration and it feels faster than I had expected. I am 6 feet and 180 pounds. I recharge every night but after around 10 miles I still have battery left. Upgraded from my ninebot es2 and it feels so different. The ride is smooth and quiet, it folds down more compact and it looks so much cooler. I take it into the restaurant where I work and my coworkers are all jealous lol. Well worth the price!

Since this has just launched, we do not have any real customer reviews. Some research found this thread stating a few impressions for the Inokim Light, copied below (https://www.reddit.com/r/InokimOwnersClub/comments/awo39f/inokim_light_2_long_term_review/): "Across two scooters, me and my missus have done about 10,000 km across two scooters, not a single major problem. A few punctures and the back light stopped working, but that is it, which is amazing considering the abuse we give them around the streets of London. Top quality engineering in them, they are tanks" --- "I've been an owner of an Inokim Light 2 for 8months now! Here's a little review from me: very portable and lightweight which is a plus. Under 15kg and I use a shoulder strap so I can carry it to the train or jeepneys (Sort of Philippine Bus) Folding mechanism is great and it only takes a few seconds to fold and unfold -mileage is 35km which is good enough for 2 days to/from work. it is very quiet which is good and bad because when there are humans walking, they don't notice me and I don't want to ring the bell. speed is pretty good but once you have tried to max it, you would want more. 35kph durability is amazing! I have not replaced any parts except the rear inner tube because of nails on the streets.Overall- I am loving it and will continue to use it until I have enough to get one with suspension. Roads in the Philippines are not so friendly with scooters without suspension." --- " I had my Light 2 for ~3 months last year. It's light enough to commute with comfortably and has a speed that I would view as safe for last-mile commuting where you might have bikes, pedestrians and other vehicles. It's not as super-light as a regular kick scooter, but that's the trade off for the perks it provides. If I hadn't needed longer range and something with more power for hills, I would still have it now. However, because I live in a hilly area in a nation known for excessive potholes that could swallow you whole, I upgraded to the Ox. Golden rule for any electric scooter: Look after it. Maintain it regularly. It will serve you well if you do."
