MANTIS 2025 - fluid Edition Legacy Trigger Throttle Display 18.2Ah - 33 miles range Reviews

4.5 Rating 470 Reviews
You are either going to be frustrated at the scooter or become a scooter technician. After 300 miles or so is when the problems started develop. Fluid's warranty is to send you a bunch of parts and expects you to figure it out. I bought two scooters from them, there won't be a third. I believe there are better options now, buyers be aware. Frustration is included with the scooter. The focus is more on technicality then customer satisfaction.

It's a good scooter but I would like to have assistance because I literally have no knowledge about maintaining a scooter or how to fix it if breaks. Other than that. It's an amazing scooter. Just need some assistance like a maintenance manual or something

Bought the Mantis base model. Received the scooter in a couple days. This thing is a BEAST! My first scooter ever. I decided to go all out for the first one. Highly recommend it. The scooter is a little heavy, but that is to be expected. Can't say it enough! AMAZING scooter. Additionally, there is not a way to see if you are in single or double wheel, or eco or turbo. But you will definitely FEEL the difference. Hills are no match for this scooter, and I'm riding the hills in San Francisco. So much fun to ride.

Awesome scooter my only issue is that there's no way to tell on the display if you're in eco or turbo or single or dual motor other than that it's awesome

Decided to get into the insane scooter category with this Mantis and I regret nothing. This scooter has great performance and has been reliable so far. 41 Mph is an achievable speed for a 150lbs rider and full battery. The range is great and as advertised if you don't push the scooter to the limits. I'll give a safe range estimate of a minimum of 17-20 miles if you go full blast on dual motors and around 25-30 if you go single motor or even eco( eco limits top speed to 13mph). I've put 200 miles on the scooter and nothing has given me an issue yet other than just the brake rotors rubbing a bit. FluidFreeRide staff was very helpful prior to my purchase and have answered all my questions and even made sure I got the best deal on my purchase. I am sure that even if something does go wrong on my newly bought scooter the support team will make sure to do their best to assist me. This is why I bought from Fluidfreeride rather than directly from China.

I read so many reviews for products and shopped around for months before deciding the Mantis was the best bang for your buck out there. I was skeptical when reading all the guides on the item while I eagerly waited for its arrival, thinking 'Why are there so many warnings about the power, do people not know how to use a scooter?' All I can say is WOW, the Mantis has so much torque in the highest gears it really can throw you back if you are not ready!! I can easily get over 30 mph, but find that 20 mph is a comfortable cruising speed. I have taken the scooter over all the trains in our city, pavement and off road, and it handles it all easier than my mountain bike! I did the research for you, just trust me and buy the Mantis, you wont regret it!!
