“After having two kids, I was looking for an easy way to add some movement back into my life without taking a lot of time or spending a lot of money. I have found Elements to be a kind and approachable program with very noticeable results. I have only been doing the 15 minute version and sometimes my kids join in. They like being able to hop around like a frog or a monkey and with the excellent instruction videos, I can really feel the changes in my body. My hips feel much more open now and my wrists feel stronger. This is a program I think I could do over and over again, perhaps adding more time as I go, and still learn and progress each time. I am looking forward to continuing Elements and hopefully move on to more advanced programs in the future. There are great tutorials in the e-mails I receive too for basic as well as advanced moves. “I am a big fan of Elements. It’s very efficiently structured, giving you space to get more comfortable with the movements while improving on them incrementally.
Being middle-aged and having tried other sports programs, I had 3 fears coming into this: 1) That I would get hurt; actually I feel stronger and less prone to get hurt; 2) That I would be bored, actually it’s diverse and well-paced to suit your needs at the moment; 3) That it wasn’t sweaty, oh, it gets sweaty if you commit to the movements.
I do it 30 minutes every other day and it does make a difference if you are consistent. I felt it first in the wrists, then in my core, shoulders and my mood. It is a fun, gradual way of being more aware of my body. Almost finished the first round of Elements and am already looking forward to start a second round and continue improving the movements and getting stronger.”

“Ich schreibe das erste Review auf Deutsch, das fällt mir noch einfacher. nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall (L4/L5) vor 5 Jahren musste ich mir meine Beweglichkeit zurückerkämpfen. Nach 2 Jahren DDP Yoga habe ich GMB Elements gefunden und bin damit auch sehr zufrieden. Noch habe ich deutlich zu wenig Kraft im Schulterbereich (oder bin zu ungeduldig), aber das Programm macht Spaß und bringt erste Verbesserungen (obwohl ich nur die 15 Minuten Variante +15 Min Aufwärmen und Abschluss Übungen mache). Einziger "Kritikpunkt" - die Coaches sind zu fit. Wenn ich die Floating X Übungen sehe, wünsche ich mir jemanden mit meinen Fähigkeiten, dann ist die Hürde nicht so hoch. Aber egal, ich bin motiviert, habe Spaß und freue mich auf weiter Elements Runden (vielleicht den zweiten Durchgang mit 30 Minuten Übungszeit).
