“I love that I can do the exercises in my living room and that my kiddos can join in if they feel like it. I didn’t really think I was getting stronger until one day they added a movement transition that I was able to do because of the three point bridge—even though I had never tried extending fully—I was able to do it fairly well. It was a surprise. I did buy the program a few years back and the first time I tried it, I really didn’t have done basic strength to do much, but I spent time developing habits working on personal consistency with exercising and along with the new platform and improvements, I was able to return to it and feel very successful.
