Elements has been brilliant! It’s unlocked my back and neck far more than any stretches ever have. Even my osteopath says I’m doing better. And if I’m pushed for time I can make a difference in just 15 minutes. Early on in the program I had a wrist problem and the personal help I received after a sending a brief email was amazing. Give it a go!

As a former cross fitter I was becoming more difficult to lift heavyweights. This program has reinspired my joy of athletic. Helped incredibly with range of motion, flexibility As well as strength With highly recommend the program to anyone else that was interested

Elements came as a complete surprise. In middle age I'm running and climbing - to a fairly average level - and figured I was fit but knew that I wasn't as agile as I wanted to be. Elements was a joy to go through (in a type-2 fun way occasionally) and has opened up doors to new skills like handstands and rolls that I'd put behind me a long time ago. Am currently on my second time through the course and still learning new things!

I've just finished Elements and feel great. I picked this course initially to improve flexibility and functional strength to help deal with two young kids and life in general. Elements certainly did that. I’ve noticed a big leap in flexibility and general strength, with a size increase in my arms and shoulders. My body feels sturdier and safer. Something that surprised me though was just how much fun I’d have creating my own free-flow routines! Starting with the A-Frame and simply picking a direction to go towards, I find my body naturally using the movements and transitions I’ve learnt to move around the space I'm in. It’s awesome! I completed Elements using the 15-minute option but will start again and use 30 minutes, as I have a good understanding of the moves now and can push my body further and for longer.

Elements delivers. It is functional, develops strength, mobility and control. The explanations before each move and the scaling based on one’s abilities are very clear easy to follow. I own most of GMB programs and I alternate between them. Every penny was very well worth it

I was searching for a solution to general lack of flexibility and pain resulting from historic injuries. I took a punt on GMB elements and I can honestly say that it is the best money I have ever spent. Same price as a single visit to a chiropractor for lifetime access to an amazing exercise programme. The thing I like most about elements is its simplicity, my biggest problem in the past is loss of interest due to lack of notable progress, so I have jumped from one regime to the next never getting anywhere. Elements is different, I am on my second cycle through the programme and still enjoy every session, my aches and pains have all but gone, the improvement in my flexibility is outstanding and my body finally feels like it can move again in the ways that it is meant to. Next up “Intergal Strength”

I've been doing bodyweight training for the last 6 years but for the past year or so I was training because I knew I had to - not because I liked it - and felt I needed to change my training regimen. I had heard of GMB some time ago and decided to give Elements a try: just a few sessions in and I realized how much "play" and "fun" were missing from my former training. I'm now towards the end of Elements and I'm super happy with it: I feel I'm moving better, I'm jumping on stuff as I used to 10 years ago, etc. I've also been doing the Resilience program, great "slow-burning" stuff that also made me discover left/right flexibility asymmetry I didn't know I had and that I'll have to work on. I was afraid that Elements might be too easy: well, far from it. Slooooow perfect reps with stalls are no joke. Exercise variations cover beginner to more advanced levels - after seeing me practising some monkey/bear stuff my 12yo daughter asked me to join the program (no way dad can do that stuff while I can't, right?). Can't wait to give Sequences and Integral Strength a try !
