I'm used to doing your standard cardio workouts, HIT training and lifting weights. I found this an excellent addition to my routine as I'm not getting any younger and my muscles and joints like to remind me of that fact. This is a different kind of body workout, and you can make it as easy or as difficult as you want to make it, with Ryan providing you with instructions on how to do so. Your body will appreciate you training it through practicing these movements that hit your body in ways other training doesn't, and that will benefit you greatly as you go about your daily life

I've tried a huge number of platforms and ways of training. Any of them takes care of the profound process to install the correct mechanisms to move, strengthen the body, and make it more capable. Beyond doing that on a super easy platform, everything is done with love, attention, and fun. I love these guys and if I could suggest something, it would be a Spanish platform and special rates for those in Latin America who would be as happy as I am with this extraordinary platform!

A couple of decades of powerlifting left me achy and stiff. I tried Cross Fit as a way to help access new ranges of motion, which helped, but I still found that mobility restrictions were hampering my progress, and leading to intermittent needling injuries. I have been using several of the GMB programs for about 5 months. GMB Elements introduced new movement patterns through completely unused ranges of motion. I knew I had tight shoulders and ankles, but attempting to perform these movements made me realize that I had even more limitations than I originally thought. My wrists and hips were unbelievably tight, and my spinal range of motion through flexion, extension, rotation, and side bending was laughable at best. Elements exposed these issues but more importantly laid out a progressive plan of attack to remedy them. The four basic movement patterns were taught foundationally along with proper warm-up movements to get the ball rolling. Throughout the program, little additions and tweaks are added to the movements, along with transitions to keep it fresh and challenging. By the end of the program crab and 3-point bridge had virtually cured my left shoulder pain/weakness, bear and monkey allowed me to get into a full squat with heals on the floor, a nasty case of golfers elbow was 90% gone, and a host of other improvements which I notice every day. As an aside, while I wouldn't exactly call this a strength-building program, if you think these movements look easy, then prepare to be humbled! As a guy with a strength background, I was surprised that I needed the whole program (and then some) to develop the necessary strength and balance to perform Monkey and Frogger stalls (and frankly they still need a lot of work). Anyway, this program is great for anyone who is looking for help with strength, balance, mobility, and the reduction of aches and pains. You need to have an open mind to try something a little unconventional, and you need some patience in the beginning when you really stink at those unconventional things (speaking from experience), but the reward is tangible. If you currently work out "conventionally" (weightlifting with some cardio) this will fill in all the gaps.

After decades of martial arts practice and other athletic endeavors, I was sidelined with a serious hip injury that left me in chronic pain and no longer able to practice or even move well. After a necessary and successful surgery on my hip restored my ability to move without pain, I decided to use the elements program to rehab and regain my flexibility, strength, and mobility. The program's step-by-step, easy-to-follow videos, graduated movement progressions, expert instruction, and philosophy of fun through movement, were just what I needed and had hoped for. I recommend this program to anyone who loves to move and wants to move better, safely, creatively, and joyfully.

This is a great program to get a bit more athletic. It covers many bases with a lot of mobility, some strength, balance, coordination etc. Just easy enough to do many times a week but also enough challenging to improve. I think I will run it one more time when I am done to get the most out of it.

Elements is my go-to solution when I feel that my body needs some more movement. As I am not that spontanously playful dude, I appreciate having program that guides me in moving my tight ass. What Elements did for me: Unlocked my hamstrings Deepened squat Improved Shoulders Mobility and resilience
