I started using elements during COVID as a way to workout without equipment, and also increase my mobility. It has been great! I feel stronger, more mobile and friends and family say I look great, which is always nice to hear. Two years later I have now have a young baby and it's fun to be able to crawl around with him - which I don't think I'd be able to do otherwise. Highly recommend.

Love using this program for active recovery. My favorite activities are sport climbing, bouldering, and snowboarding, so it’s nice to have something relatively chill but still challenging to balance the intensity of my primary sports.

I am quite pleased with the program. After a good year of basic bodyweight training at home I wanted to supplement with a mobility routine for warmup or cooldown. The structure is nice and the movements most of us did during childhood (?) bring back the fun to moving the body around in space. Most of us WILL probably notice that we haven't done these movements in a veery long time. I also like that, although these movements have some yoga-like look to them they feel a lot more like a crossbreed between gymnastics and martial arts. So anyway: Thanks to the GMB team for putting together this rather unusual (?) program.

I started Elements a few weeks just before the pandemic and it helped me a lot during the lockdown, physically and mentally. Now I started the fourth round and I think I'll do this program every year. I highly recommend Elements if you want to move better and get stronger.

The program makes working out simple by condensing form cues into brief videos and emphasizing that where you are at in your fitness journey may differ from what you see (and that’s ok). It takes the stress of learning movements and the worry of perfection (emphasis is on good form over time rather than sets/reps) out of the equation, allowing you to focus on improvement over time. All you need to do is show up and do the work.
