“I never thought that doing animal movements would be an effective way to train. I am surprised at how good a workout it is. It has definitely helped my balance and flexibility. Also it helps a lot with core, wrist, and shoulder strength. Having always done basic weight lifting I realize I was missing a whole aspect of training.”
“I first did Elements in 2014 and again in 2022. Both times and both iterations definitely improved my arm strength and hip mobility. I learned new movements that I could incorporate into my regular dance training and warmups, that helped in ways traditional stretching never worked. The only issue I had was with the wrist warmups, which didn't increase my wrist mobility and led to strain. However, the actual bodyweight exercises were good for me, just not the wrist stretches.”

“I signed up to Elements because I wanted to challenge my body. I already box, run and do strength training, but wasn’t doing a lot on the mobility front. I got what I wanted! The moves are well demonstrated and the progression is hard but achievable. It’s a very satisfying course and I’ve gotten stronger and more agile. The one thing I don’t like is having to click through the warm up and cool down sections for each session- sometimes i want to do back to back sessions and this disrupts my flow. But otherwise I love it!”
