“The exercises have great transfer to other movement patterns that I practice. I love how I can take baby steps when choosing workout time limits. All around great program to try out.”
“My first program with GMB was Elements, about three years ago. At the time, I was struggling with sciatic nerve pain. I thought it would be better to start with flexibility. Now, knowing more about myself and my body, I can see my flexibility is fine. What I need is strength and stability to protect old injuries and arthritis. So now, since starting integral strength, I’m making important progress. I love the instructional videos, the options for low intensity versus high intensity, variable duration in workouts, and ease in turning on and off the tutorial. I also love the different body types and fitness levels represented in the tutorials. Ryan and Jarlo shine both as fitness practicers and teachers. The attention to form and posture makes sense to me. After five straight weeks, thanks for the kudos! Commitment and consistency counts.”
“Hey Andy, thanks for inviting my feedback. Unfortunately, I'm not able at this time to get into a true, detailed review due to overload but, I do appreciate and applaud what both Elements and IS have done for my mobility and physical comfort as well as kickstarting my return to strength training after a long layoff. I was a first responder, mil. vet, competitive oly and power lifter and martiall arts dilettante. All the inevitable injuries were 'ripening' in my 70's. But, Elements and IS have helped my physical performance and comfort level surprisingly well and provide a nice little dopamine hit. I look forward to continuing to beat back time with GMB's help, for as long as the universe allows. Cheers!”
“GMB Integral Strength Training has been a game-changer for me. It's not just about building strength—it's about mastering control over my body in a way I've never experienced before. The program is incredibly effective; I'm already seeing noticeable improvements in my strength and bodyweight control. I love how methodical and progressive the structure is—it takes the guesswork out of training and keeps me motivated with clear, achievable goals. Beyond physical benefits, it's helping me develop patience and discipline, which are essential for creating lasting habits. If you're looking for a program that delivers results while teaching you to truly connect with your body, this is it!”
“I'm loving Integral Strength - over time, the single leg exercises are getting more stable, the jump landings are more straightforward and there's a real risk of being able to do proper chinups. No standard pressups or situps but interesting variations with body twists and movement - that are both easy to start and progress to harder versions.
My occasional masseuse commented when I last saw her that she could see where there was more strength building and better musculature. That's entirely down to this - it's the only thing that's changed recently.
And I love that these movements are more about flexibility as well as strenght.
Thank you to the team - I really value all you've done.”
“I have gotten strong by lifting weigths in the past, but this has been a game changer to get my body ready for real life situations or even to prevent injury in my bjj practice (a must if you are a white belt starting bjj at 38)”
“This is the second time working my way through the program and I continue to get so much out of it.
The options for duration mean that I can always find the time to fit the training into my day and have noticed great advances in my strength, mobility, posture and appearance. Stronger each day!”
“Integral strength is a great program that does what it says - builds strength. And it does it in a way that’s more functional than cranking out sets of weights at the gym. You get mobility and explosiveness as a bonus. The combinations of movements bring you close to failure so you’re getting the input your body needs to grow muscle and strength. And you can easily do it at home on your own with no equipment (bodyweight version) or minimal equipment (bar or rings). You really can’t go wrong with this, or any GMB program. The tutorial videos are super clear and give options for different capability levels. And the follow-along timers make executing a session very straightforward. It’s almost like having a private instructor led class.”
