I'm doing IS after spending some time in Elements, it was a natural progression and I like how it push myself to get better (form) and stronger, also the conditioning from supersets is noticeable.

I have lifted weights (barbell and kettlebell) for 20+ years. I needed a program that kept me strong enough for what life threw at me but didn’t leave exhausted for what life threw at me also. This was that program. It made aches end. It tightened up loose spots and loosened the tight spots. I can hang with the 20 year olds at work all day and even shock them with some things we have to lift and carry. This program is safe for the injured. I have a rebuilt shoulder, knee, and back from martial arts and hard physical work. I enjoyed the training and will rinse and repeat. BW training isn’t linear you will get something new every cycle. This is the closest you will come to a complete holistic system of training.

I bought Integral Strength in my 20s as a gift to my 30-year-old self because I knew I would need something minimal, effective, healthy, and time-efficient for when adulthood was in full swing. I spent a good part of my 20s exploring both calisthenics and powerlifting and have gone through a good amount of programs in that time and pushed my body as hard as I could during certain periods. I became obsessed with reps, weight, and progression which eventually led me to burning out and struggling to get back into fitness. A few months ago, I realized it was the perfect time to actually commit to this program. In that time, I have felt more capable in my body than ever before (with the least amount of equipment I've ever used!) and have also let go of my obsession with constantly monitoring my progress through weight and reps, but now measure by how my body is feeling especially in the long term and to be gentler on rough days. My view on fitness has significantly changed into a more sustainable practice that my future self will continue to thank me for. Thanks GMB team!

Getting back into it after a long break. Love the variety of excercises and the progression.

I have recommended this program to several fellow vets and family members who have struggled with pain from injuries/overuse. I had lower back pain that made it almost unbearable to stand. Integral Strength helped me strengthen weak areas that I didn’t even know were causing my pain. I have done the program 3 times, am working through it an 4th time, and will continue to keep it part of my training regimen since it is a one-time purchase. Highly recommend.

I'm in love with GMB's products, especially IS. Since beginning the practice a few weeks ago, I've noticed significant increases in strength, balance and coordination. My favorite aspect of the IS program is that it is so easily scalable. Slowing down, being mindful of the movements and the body, it's like a strength and yoga practice wrapped into one.

In one year of Integral Strength I have gone from not being able to do a bridge to being able to do a proper bridge (and also a chin-up from bent arms). My single leg stability and balance have also vastly improved and transferred to improving my skating. I alternate Integral Stength with GMB's Mobility and Triple Shot programs to give me a solid base for my health, fitness and hobbies.

I've read that strength is a skill; and GMB has the knowledge and experience to help you develop this in an enjoyable, engaging manner The Praxis platform is straightforward to use, and Integral Strength took the guesswork out of my strength training. There are clear, concise explanations as to why movements are done in the way presented, as well as options to modify them depending on current level of skill. This way I benefit from a movement even though I may not yet perform it at the "highest level" The nature of the program is such that I found myself much more aware of which muscles are involved in my movements, so my focus was on quality of movement rather than sets of reps. My joints also feel much more resilient since starting IS, which was important to me considering my age and other activities. (I guess that's the reason for the 'Integral' part of the name ) The options for length of session is also an amazing idea. Sometimes I just need to bring joy into my day through daily movement, but sometimes I try out a longer, more intense session (also joy though ). The 'Ponder' section which appears when I complete a session is especially helpful. Going back to previous entries really gives me an objective look at how I've progressed and where my sticky points are. Give Integral Strength a go - you'll be glad you did!
