I'm currently halfway through the Resilience program. I practice sport climbing regularly and find this program to be a good complement. In addition to maintaining flexibility and strength, it offers a variety of movements that aren't essential to my main practice but are very good complements. And I find that the ability to do 15-minute workouts allows me to find the time even during a busy day. Having a focus on the legs, shoulders, wrists, core with variations to avoid getting bored makes it a perfect program for everyday training. I have already used other programs like Elements, Mobility, and Mobius to get a good foundation. Resilience allows you to easily maintain what you have learned.

Gets at all the neglected bits of my working out - super useful in adding to my rota of movement. I especially like that the very short workouts are effective, at least when they are interspersed with my usual training.

I decided to take my time with this and do the 15 minute sessions at first. This is getting me used to the movements without my body getting too stressed or fatighued and allowing me to keep better form, so I can feel the improvements, they are gradual and maybe subtle but definitely there. Only drawback is I am working on a carpeted floor so got carpet burns on my elbows for one of the exercises and need to be careful with any of the dragging your body ones!

I'm 15 sessions in as of writing this review. I'm a 47 year old dad with 3 kids and a full time job. I've been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 10 years now. In the past year I recently started TRT. I was looking for a program I could do to help my joints recover from Jiu-Jitsu, but also help me with some mobility. I wanted to focus less on pure strength because I felt the TRT had that covered. I have spondy in my L4 and have to be cautious with no matter what I do. The resilience program seemed like a good fit for me. I train bjj around 4 days a week and I lift weights twice a week. I was looking for something to do on my off days to keep me active. The program format is nice, I have only done the 15 minute sessions, but I like how they are organized. Everything is explained well and I like that I can modify the exercises easily if I am unable to do them with full range of motion. My wrists have been bothering me for a couple of months now, leaving it uncomfortable to even do a pushup. As of now the wrist discomfort I had is gone and I know it is from doing the wrist movements from this program. All in all I am happy with this program and how it is going. I have noticed not only improvement with my wrists, but also with my back and shoulders. I would highly recommend this program for anyone of any age who trains BJJ. Or anyone else who wants to stay active and mobile.

I'm a big believer in the GMB method, having done Elements a couple of times. Elements has improved my balance, flexibility and range of motion - and I'm hoping Resilience will help protect me from injury as well. I'm only a couple of weeks in, so far- but I like how it is structured, focussing on 3 areas each time. (eg. legs, ankes and core) I tend to do just a 15 minute workout, followed by 15 minutes of recovery. I do this on alternate days, with my usual strength / cardio on the other days. This seems to work for me at the moment. The GMB way of slowing things down and being aware of how your body responds on that particular day, and working within your limits - took some getting used to. I was previously doing quite extreme workouts and pushing myself hard and ending up with injuries. GMB teaches you to be your own judge of what you are capable of, and work on improving slowly and steadily. I would highly recommend any of their programs!

I did Elements during covid and an still reading the benefits from that. I thought that Resilience would be great for me as I'm getting older (56). I'm very happy with the movements and enjoy doing it. That enjoyment is ultimately the most important part as it gets me moving and I build my own programs on it after using it as a warm up.
