I enjoyed the 15 minute sessions and felt it was making a difference in my coordination and strength But it was proven when I didn’t break any bones after a low speed fall while skate boarding Some sessions were harder than others so I’ll go through it again, along with starting Elements

I had some issues with my shoulders, particularly when the loading was somewhere between the standard positions - transitions especially. The exercises in 'Resilience' really helped to move my 66 year old shoulders through the sticky patches!

Resilience is a brilliant supplemental programme that really does improve one's resilience. It works systematically on increasing mobility, endurance and strength of the whole body. As always there are modifications on hand so, if need be, I can work towards full form of a particular movement in stages - for me it was helpful with wrist work. The moves and variations are beautifully demo-ed and clearly explained in a typical GMB fashion. I find working with Resilience a real joy because I feel change for the better after each session.

Resilience was fun to work thorugh the first time and i used to cycle round the 6 sessions periodically on days I didn't have time for a longer session. Then they expanded it and made it way more comprehensive so I did it again! It was very useful for me in dealing with my injury history by building more stability and control in a wide range of directions. The program is organised around different areas of the body and develops over the course into a focused set of moves that help build joint, tissue and muscle strength. The moves are well thought out and all of them can be scaled to different levels of challenge. This means you can focus specifically on areas you identify you need to work on, or use as a regular workout.

After a long period of Calisthenics and Handbalancing, I have obtained (among cool skills) a severe tendonitis in both elbows, lower back pain and wrist soreness. Somebody would say these exercises are not making sense, they are easy and so on. I dare you to give. It a go, especially if you get to last 5 sessions where you are doing a big flow per body part. My back is 100% back, wrists are as well 100% good, only my left elbow is still experiencing some discomfort after intense practice. So far I did 2 goes of Resilience in combination of Respiration right after 30min session. It can be done as a deload week, or even as warm up. I did it for rehab, and it really helped me a lot. It goes best in this combo IS + Mobility on one day, Resilience + Respiration on other. It also pairs up well with Elements, you can do it right after Elements session. You define the intensity with progressions inside, it is beginner friendly and by far one of the best practices I did in order to bulletproof my body. For the record, I paid for all of their programs, did not get anything for free and this is not a paid review or advertising. These guys really know their stuff, but it is worthless if you don't want to out an effort. Give it a go, spend some time with it. If it is easy, slow down to increase intensity. If it is hard, do easier progression. Cool stuff.
