A really enjoyable course with good progression. I did this after Elements but I feel it's actually a course you could start with. It really conditions you - I felt like it was "Karate Kid" style with all the repetion but in a good way - trust the process and you reap real benefits.

Resilience is a game-changer! Now in my third rotation, I've noticed improved joint stability and strength. The challenging moves keep me motivated and coming back for more. There are some movements that I struggle with yet the feeling of satisfaction when i get closer to being able to do them is empowering. I use the program inbetween or alongside my other GMB programs. It's a great way to boost mobility, build strength, and prevent injuries.

The Resilience program focuses on different areas of the body. It is designed for people of all levels. It includes videos which I found easy to follow. You can chose the sessions can last 15 or 30 minutes long. They include a warm up followed by a number of exercises and ending in a flow which combines these exercises. Finally, you are invited to write your thoughts about the session you have just had. Having completed the program, I felt that it had strengthened parts of my body I have ignored over time. I felt inspired by the range of exercises I had done. I include many of the Resilience exercises in my warm ups before working out but I also know that the program is always there for me to revisit which I intend to do in the future.

Though the program is advertised to make you more "resilient" to stresses and strains of activity, don't expect a suite of exercises from a kung fu movie training montage. Sure, some of the exercises aren't conventional, in the sense you'll get weird looks if you start doing them in the walkways between squat racks at conventional gym (the floor space was open!), but they're nothing crazy either. I think that's some of their magic: their accessible to start, but rapidly scale as your abilities progress. What you should expect from this program is gradual (dare I say sneaky) improvements in your ability to execute the exercises, that carry over to activity beyond the program. For instance, I could barely hold the "Seal Walk" position statically at the beginning of the program and could go a solid 30 feet by the end. This translated to less wrist discomfort biking and stronger wrist position when I did do weightlifting. If you're looking to explore different ranges of motion, reveal blinspots in your movement abilities, and shore up those spots, this program deserves a look. It's easy to fit in with other activities and the benefits far outmatch the time required.

Resilience, concentrates on one area of the body. If you have have done any of the other GMB courses you will already know you never use just one area of your body. But Resilience allows you to find/identify/and strengthen individual areas of the body while still following the GMB philosophy. I alternated with breath and recovery when I first started them, now I find throwing it in every week to week and a half works well for me.

I have been training on the element program with and without resilience program and I can tell that I feel so much in control and confident in my movement since I have started the resilience program!

I thoroughly enjoyed this program because it provided me with the freedom to practice at any time and in any location. Additionally, it introduced me to a diverse range of movements that I instantly fell in love with and continued practicing even after the program concluded. Some of these movements were quite challenging, which surprised me since I had assumed it would be a more relaxed routine.

Very diverse and entertaining program. Cycling through the 15, 20 and 35 options gives additional variety. A great way to build up stamina and endurance, I highly recommend it!
