“Resilience is great program for strengthening and increasing mobility in all your joints to prevent injuries. A lot of thought went into this course. GMB thinks outside the box, they have a different approach than other programs and you will get great results from it! I did!”
“As a "stiff Pinocchio", all GMB programs are challenging for me, but through the great video descriptions and because I have managed to incorporate GMB programs into my daily routine, I am making progress ...”
“I started with the first version in which sessions were exclusive for one body part. I enjoyed it very much and was very surprised with how I felt after each session. The word to describe that feeling is "strong". So yes, the program does what it promises, and as always, Ryan does an amazing job explaining each exercise and its variations. Some exercises are quite innovative and are designed to expose and correct weak points.
I am not giving 5 stars because of the new schedule after the update. Now, each session is composed of one or two exercises for different body parts, which is fine, and at the end, there are the sessions focused on each body part as in the original version. The problem is that you cannot pick a session according to your needs until you have completed the previous sessions. This approach, which is the hallmark of Elements, IS, Mobius, and Sequences, could be, in my humble opinion, avoided in this program to allow picking a session based on one's needs.
That said, the program is worth every penny, as could be expected from GMB. I use a lot of exercises from them, especially from the shoulder and leg sessions. Fantastic content to keep you an all-around able person.”
“This program has me moving in new and unfamiliar ways. I am appreciating the way this challenges me. Reslience is improving my strength and mobility; particuarly in my wrists, shoulders, and, ankles/feet. It compliments the other GMB programs I am using (Integral Strength, Mobility, and Triple Shot).”
“I think the course is a good one and I have definitely noticed some differences in certain aspects of my ability to move as a result of following the regime. There are some things I would try and improve - the jump from 15 mins to 30 mins means that the exercises you do go from 3 mins to 7 mins. 7 mins of some of these exercises seems incredibly long - also not clear if you are supposed to do this 7 mins continuously or in sets - e.g. dragging yourself along the floor like a seal for 7 mins continously presents certain challenges in terms of environment - and you feel quite silly doing some of these things in front of other people.”
“At 77 I am continuing to enjoy Elements and Resilience. With a bit of time out for heart surgery, I’ve a been fairly constant fan of these programmes for a few years. Along with Mobility they’ve been a valuable adjunct to my yoga practice.
Resilience suits me right now because it safely challenges my body, strengthening joints, getting the traumatised bits supple and probably keeping my bone density in the happy zone.
Like all GMB programs, modifications are offered.
I regard Resilience as a vital investment that will stand me in good stead when I am old.”
“One of my goals when looking for an exercise program was to build up my resiliance against injury. I've really felt the benefits from this program and would recommend it to anyone with similar goals”
