I recently came back to the Resilience program after several months of non activity as I recovered from a concussion. I'm sure glad I did so as I increased my activity, I was also injury proofing my joints.

I started Resilience after completing Elements. So far, it involves less moving about; I'm able to fit most of the exercises on a standard fitness mat. And yes, I did read https://gmb.io/home-space/, but still, needing less space is sort of a plus for me. Apart from the space aspect, what I really like about Resilience is the way most excercises have simpler versions to start with, with clear progressions to the final version. Every now and then I'm still fumbling about like an eejit, even with the simplest version, but on the whole these progressions give me a decent sense of where I'm heading, where my body's lacking, and what to do about that.

I never thought i would see results in such a short amount of time. Wonderful set of exercises; i feel great after the daily sessions. I will probably start diving into the other programs soon, beginning with Elements. Thank you.

GMB and the Resiliience program has definitely improved my range of movement all over, the instructional videos are straight forward and I like that they show you the different levels of each exercise, to suit varying abilities depending on stage and that I'm at.

I'm 84 years old and not in great shape, but I work at it. I use Resilience as a warmup on cardio days. Although I have problems with many of the movements, Ryan's very clear and supportive tutorials encourage me to stick with it. He recognises that many people will have difficulty with a movement at first, gives hints, encourages ways to use "training wheels," and is always very supportive.

As with all of the movementsw in Elements, the Resilience program makes you move your muscles in ways you may never have before. Some I may never master, but at 79, I'm still trying!
