“My last one broke after many many years. Getting a new one was easy. Replacing it onto my hose is almost impossible without cutting the hose. The lack of assistance is very disappointing and frustrating even though I followed the instructions”
“Unfortunately my original connector snapped when I was changing it over. I contacted hoselink to purchase a new one. Hoselink were amazing, a replacement connector was in the mail immediately at no charge as they stand by these amazing products..
