“I was gifted a retractable hose link hose for my business together with the attachment. Soon after using the attachment broke in side. Thinking it was just old age I purchased new attachments online and started using it again with no problem. Not long ago after, it broke again. I took it apart and noticed the little white ball inside snapped on the side and I was unable to fix it and put it back into place. This is now the fourth attachment I purchased and I’m disappointed it has happened again. I will have to purchase the attachments to fit the hose because no other attachment fit instead.”
Hi Lutz, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have been having issues with our flow controllers, definitely not what we want to happen. These fittings do come with a 2 year warranty therefore, we would recommend reaching out to us before making any purchases, if the items are covered by the warranty - we would be happy to replace them for you! The hose is a standard 12mm size therefore, standard connections will fit the hose therefore, this is an option if you wanted to go this way. Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
