“The cog on my hose reel broke. I contacted Hoselink. Rather than posting the hose reel back to them, they offered me a new cog at no cost and provided instructions for installation. I accepted. I have received the cog and installed it. Instructions were clear and there was a video guide. Happy with the service. Thank you.”
