“Recently had a problem where I needed parts for my Hoselink 30 metre hose reel , I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and were very pleasant to deal with , they sent the parts out straight away and I had them a few days later , I dealt with Kirsten Poisel , her level of customer service is outstanding.”
