Hi my son got the cog on but didn’t fix the problem. Have had my hose for 9 years or more. Made sure when I moved,it came with me. Will buy a new reel as soon as I can afford to do so. Great hose real thank you. Will be ordering again soon. Sheryn

Faced with what I thought meant replacement of the entire hose reel, staff provided me with the part, the instructions and a how to replace video. Reel is now functioning as new. Fantastic friendly and very helpful service.

Hoselink never fail to go the extra mile for their customers. Their staff provided over the phone advice regarding the dismantling of the unit which was 7 years old to replace a part. In addition to that they emailed my Brother-in-law who was kindly doing the repair for me a step by step instructional video of the dismantling and refitting process. This made the job so easy . Other retailers would do well to take a leaf out of Hoselink’s incredible customer service to their customers.

The product arrived swiftly with great directions on how to instal the replacement part. Repair at the warehouse was offered but when self repair chosen, the service and advice was great..

Hi, I inquired about my Hose reel and was given advice to check the belt, but I found the cog had actually broken. I received a new belt and cog from you , plus the very helpful video on how to put everything back together.All went very well and the unit is working perfectly again. Great service from your team, especially during the this trying period where staff are working from home.
