“The hose reel cog, witch was by the way was sent free of charge. Easy to install because of the detailed instructions you e-mailed to me. I made a modification to the spring retention tool instructions. I fashioned the tool out of PVC cutting board using the plastic spring cap as a template.Thank You for your help!Lee Forsythe”
