“Instructions could be improved.Needed a lot of force (and some dish liquid) to get the hose pieces onto the joiner despite using boiling water to soften them.It would be helpful if one of the heat-shrink plastic sleeves was a few mm bigger than the other so that it can go over the top more easily.End of the day it does what it needs to do, so I'm happy.”
“Well, it wasn’t the best, fist set of clamps would not click together , would not lock in no matter what I tried, lucky I bought 2 sets because the second set locked on easy, now I am left with the second set with no clamps, the heat shrink was very hard to get over the join, had to use pliers to get them on only just got it over the second clamp, nothing like your advert, maybe got affected by heat before it arrived, so my overall experience was not very good at all”

“The repair kits are great but unfortunately when I just retracted my hose it will not go back in - it is NOT a Hoselink one but I thought it said it suited all hoses.I found it very hard to do - had to call on a neighbour to do the clamps as I just do not have the strength anymore. Other than that they are a great invention but I could have bought a cheap joiner at Bunnings instead seeing as it no longer retractsDisappointed.I will say YES to the recommendation as its not the product that is at fault.”
