“Painful: as the hose split between the ball and the end, there was not enough hose to repair as per instructions, stopper ball was impossible to shift.1 of those 5 min jobs that took 30given it was only about the 4th time I used it, I should be entitled to a replacement hose; Now every time I use it I'm super cautious awaiting the next split and soakingAustralian consumer law advises I am entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty products, but not that your consultant would even consider my side of the story.... another hard / expensive lesson learned”
