“Straight forward,however though it would probably be common sense,maybe you should ask the user to ensure the clamps when locked in are at 12 o’clock on the hose so when the hose retracts it doesn’t scuff the plastic covering the clamps”

“It was a challenge for us, we had difficulty with the second clamp. We think it was because we used detergent to get the hose onto the joiner. The detergent made it difficult to hold and join the clamp. We were very relieved when we achieved success. We had to use a hair dryer to shrink the heatshrink seal. It all works well again.
