“I’m a bit disappointed that I had to get this repair kit because only had the Hose for a few months. I was retracting it after the 4th time I’d used it had a face washer on the house to clean it as I retracted only a couple of feet before the end I noticed a crack. There was nothing in my yard that could have caused this and because it was so expensive I have been very careful. I appreciate getting a repair kit but am still confused as to how a crack could have happened.”
