“Fertiliser mixer arrived within a few days however the threaded cap that holds the bottle on was not attached to the gun. This makes it impossible to secure the bottle to the gun. Called customer assistance. No issue sent out another one no questions asked. Unfortunately this one was in the same condition. Obviously a manufacturing fault. Once again another sent out and advised an issue in manufacturing identified. The next was all correct and is an excellent product and great for spraying liquid fertiliser around the garden. Great customer service. Never had an issue with Hoselink product before.”
