“It's a hosereel, so there's really not much that can be said if it does everything it is supposed to do. I primarily bought the Hoselink as they are regarded as the best quality and I got sick of replacing cheaper hosereels every couple years. So far, after a weekend of use, no leaks, good flow and it feels like a solid unit, so here's hoping that continues for many years to come (with a 5 year warranty, it's comforting to know that it should).
Installation is as easy as any other hosereel, although I recommend buying some "proper" wall plugs if installing into masonry (e.g. Ramset 10mm x 50mm - about $6 from Bunnings), as the wallplugs that come with the hosereel are low quality and slip out easily once weight is on them. The Ramset plugs hold it rock solid.
Aside from the wallplus issue, the product arrived quickly, well packaged, and looks great. I'll be looking to get a couple more shortly.”
