“I purchased this device for a specific reason which is that it would be very easy to pull the hose out of the housing. I'm am a bit disappointed as it is somewhat challenging for me to manage this . The internal reel is tight.
The hose rolls up easily.
The product is otherwise of good quality with good connections and wall bracket doing the job it was designed for.”
