“Great rheel apart from the side panels fall off easily, big winds or leaf blower / hose itself makes the side panel fall off.
Also the mounting of the system is poor when going into bricks, basically falling out of the wall with the supplied masonry inserts supplied..”

“We followed the instructions installing our evolve hose reel to our brick house. Unfortunately the plugs supplied didn’t hold and ripped out of our wall and snapped our wall bracket. We have been waiting since Christmas for the wall bracket to be available to order a new one! Still no stock…. Extremely disappointed so far.”
