“Hwilst these reels look to be well constructed i have had to return 2 as they leak from inside the unit . The last replacement unit is also now leaking.

“Bought 2 of these in November this year. They look really good and seem to work well. I can really only judge after having them for 4 weeks No problems with one of them but the other is leaking inside the reel.
I have lodged a service request now I am just waiting for a response.”

“I love this , it’s made my watering so much easier… before it, I had an extension on my hose and the shear length of it made it so hard to keep the kinks out and made looping it onto its holder impossible !!! (The only difficulty was the screws provided, we had to use our own as the quality wasn’t quite up for the job)…”
