“Only had it 2 weeks or so but it feels like great quality and does everything it says. I find the concentrated stream too small and does not allow enough volume, apart from that, so far so good.”

“In short first hose leaked, replacement arranged with no fuss, but second hose leaked from the same spot. Third hose arranged, again with no fuss, but was advised the leaking hose was a known manufacturing issue. The third hose has now been installed and has worked for a week without issue. Returning the previous 2 hoses was a chore, as I had to contact Hoselink on 4-5 seperate occassions to obatin some return labels. Fortunately the last time I expressed my frustration to the operator who stayed with me on the line until the email with the 2 return labels were recieved. I have previously ordered a hose some years ago and was very happy with the experience, hence the second purchase. After the last experience, i really have limited confidence in the whole company.”
