“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fittings, hose gun and reel. I also had the wall bracket break on day one, but customer service was exceptional and a new one was mailed out to me the same day at no cost (along with additional thicker wall plugs). This reel is a replacement for a cheaper, nastier brand I bought at Bunnings and I wish I had bought this in the first place.”

“Been using the Evolve for a few weeks now and so far it's been great! It looks good, it's strong and it retracts smoothly and was very easy to install. The only small thing I don't like is the order/sequence of the spray options on the nozzle. But that's being picky.
The amount of money I've shelled out on Bunnings Hoses over the years that are meant to be "top quality" is ridiculous. So Im putting faith in Hoselink - Aussie Owned and Made.

“A brilliant hose. Intelligently designed and well put together. I would love to have got a cover for it, however as my hose is very exposed to the elements. It doesn't appear to be available for the evolve series yet. I probably should have gone for the beige colour tbh but the rest of my guttering and window frames match to the darker colour.
While I know it's UV stabilised I would prefer the cover.
They had run out of padlocks shortly after I bought the hose so bought a red one from Bunnings.”
