“Bought these lights for my caravan including an extension.They get full sun most of the day, and yet when I follow all the instructions they only stay on for 1- 5 mins depending on what setting they are on.I have seen all the other reviews and am convinced my set is faulty.”

“I bought 2 set. I one with the solar panel and one extension. The delivery was on time and the package was well presented. I opened and the presentation of the box was excellent. I was so excited to hang the lights outside. During the installation I found the bulbs very delicate. In fact, I have managed to break the two spare bulbs that were provided. The lights were turned on and despite they look great I found that are not as bright as I thought. Hopefully it’s only the Melbourne winter that is not charging enough the panel. Hopefully in summer will be different. Another positive note: the hoselink hat! Overall good product but in need of some improvement!”

“We are so far very happy with the lights. They look very pretty and the timer setting was easy to work out. I like that Hoselink have better quality products and parts can be replaced by them easily.”
“First set lights work great. However I bought the second extension set of lights, and this has half the illumination of the first set. Checked all were screwed in properly, it seems the power pack is actually not strong enough to run both sets of lights. Have checked position of solar panels and they are in full sun all day. Just buy one set of lights. A bit disappointing.”
Hi David Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any disappointment you experienced with the second extension set of lights having half the illumination of the first set.The festoon lights have enough power to light up one extension per starter set. This is obviously not the case for you so we just need to determine which part is at fault so I can send out a replacement at no cost.Are you please able to plug the extension set straight into the solar panel that came with the starter set. If the extension lights up correctly the issue is the starter set panel in which we would replace for you at no cost. If only half still light up the extension is at fault and we would be sending that out at no cost.
