Perfect warmness to do light streches for my neck that lead to significantly less pain. Thank you creators.”
“Great product! Stays warm for at least 10-15 minutes and you shouldn't be leaving it on longer than that anyway. Very comfortable, hits all the muscles in my neck and shoulders, even the sides of my neck. Somehow the outside of certain sections cool off quickly but when I feel underneath it is still plenty warm so don't worry about that if you notice it as well. Came sooner than promised, smells good (very subtle) and does everything it should exactly as it should. Even got a follow up email to be sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!!!”
“The product smells good and heated up well in the microwave. But I barely used it a few times before it broke and spilled its contents everywhere. I have owned quite a few heating products before so in comparison to other things I've owned, this product was not very durable, even though I took care and was trying to be gentle with it.”
