“I have neck pain that goes up into the side of my head, as well as shoulder pain. Up until getting this, I was trying to get a regular heating pad around my neck area, which didn't cover my shoulders. I was so happy when I saw this. It works perfectly for what I needed.”

“Just got this yesterday and have used it 3 times so far. So far I love it and the ease of using it. The only reason for taking a star away is that I lose a bead every time I handle it, hoping there isn't an opening in the seam or something. Edit: I got a replacement overnighted to me and I didn't even ask for. I haven't tried the replacement but I am changing my rating to 5, due to the wonderful customer service.”
“Love this a lot, but first one leaked the inners. The fabric/stitching does not hold up against the weight of the inside. The company immediately sent me a replacement, but that one did the same thing. So dissatisfying, as this was very helpful with neck pain. Possibly, the company should change to a sturdier fabric with no stretch and a sturdier stitching. I think that would resolve the issue. I miss using it. The company was very responsive to replace the first one ordered. I wish I could give better feedback.”
“This thing heats up evenly, hits the spots it needs to hit and is a nice weight. As some reviewers have said, the little beads leak out. I have followed the instructions, but I think it's just a weakness of the product. Still worth it.”
