“Doesn't retain heat as well as I expected. There are portions of the pad that are not filled with as many beads as other portions and as a result it feels like the heat is not evenly distributed. I find that filling up a long sock with rice and heating it up in the microwave is far more effective, and not to mention significantly cheaper!”
“Bought this product as a gift for my wife and she loves it... she says best one she has ever owned. Unfortunately after 4 months use, it burned in the microwave and came out with a hole and was no longer usable. I posted product feedback through Amazon and it said allow up to 2 days for Huggaroo to respond. Within an hour I had an email from the company founder and CEO stating the company would replace the product! I called the CEO (the number was provided in the feedback) to thank her personally. Her email suggested that we put the Huggaroo on a clean dry plate so that any food/oil left over in the microwave would not heat exponentially and cause a burn. What a great product and great company!”
“Smells great! Material is super soft. I wish it was a little bigger and part of the neck doesn't get heat because the weight of the beads falls. For what I need with my intense neck pain, I need full coverage of heat.”
