“Love this. I have not only neck issues but shoulder issues as well. After heating this, it really covers everthing, and stays warm for almost 45 min. My only thing I don't like is that the beads are all at the bottom of each section and can't stay spread throughout the section. Maybe if the sections were sewn thinner, then the beads would stay in the whole section and not pile up down at the bottom. That's why it only got 4 stars.”
